Introducing Our New Menu July 2019

The New Menu has been tried and tested with family, friends and clients enjoying the tastings along the way!!!

Our Team of Chefs have been working hard at perfecting each dish with balancing all flavours so that each component works beautifully together and hand selecting the best produce and suppliers for the menu.

The menu derives inspiration from many different regions to bring diversity to the table and there is something for everyone πŸ™‚

The delicate presentation of the dishes reflect our pride in what we produce for our clients and showcases local and regional Australian produce to its full potential.

Some favourites have remained with a little tweek here and there for a stroll down memory lane for our regular clients …

Think Chinese Five Spice and Plums with a tender pulled duck leg rolled in a delicate egg roll for our Peking Duck with a D’Vine Twist … Or Slow cooked beef cheeks drownded in a slow reduced hunter red wine jus with ẁ kipfler potatoes, caramalised eschallots & local roasted truss tomatoes… Rustic yet elegant with touches of imagination and creativity
